Ottis Elwood Toole was born March 5th 1947 and died September 15th 1996 of liver failure.  Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Ottis Toole was most popular for the murder of the son of John Walsh from America's Most Wanted (also see GTA's Most Wanted dot com), and also as the friend of

Ottis Toole was known to rape and for his cannibalism.  Only convicted for 3 murder counts and confessed to 4 other before his death, he was still a suspect for other unsolved killings.

It wasn't till December 16th 2008 police said Otis Toole was in fact the murderer of Adam Walsh, the son of John Walsh with no DNA evidence. He confessed on October 21, 1983.

Ottis Tool was abandoned by his family when he was 6.  And was dressed up as a girl by his mother.  After Ottis Toole was abandon by his parents, he was raised by his grandma who was a satanic nut case who would do satanic rituals with him and nick named him Devil's Child. He never did good in school, failing twice before high school. And dropped out in the 9th grade.  Ottis Elwood Toole would even get

Ottis Toole claims he did his 1st murder when he was 14.  By running over his gay pimp with his own car.  He started travelling around America in the early 1970s in the southwest and mid west.  Where he killed 14 people over the years.

Ottis Toole met Henry Lee Lucas in a soup kitchen in Jacksonville, Florida.  They became lovers and claimed to have killed 100s of people together.  When Otis was arrested he ratted out Henry, to get better jail conditions.
