Cho Seung-Hui was born January 18, 1984 in Seoul, South Korean. Cho moved to Detroit, Michigan in United States in September 1992 and graduated at Westfield High School. Cho Seung-Hui then moved to Centreville, Virginia. Again Cho moved then to campus at VT Tech. |
